I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. The room I was assigned was disgustingly dirty, nothing in the room was in proper working condition, and it did not match the specifications of what I had originally booked. Additionally, the staff members were incredibly rude and displayed a shocking lack of hospitality. When I raised concerns about the room discrepancy, I was met with dismissive attitudes and directed to complain to third-party booking platforms. The security personnel were unnecessarily aggressive, and I even lost my Visa card without any assistance or concern from your staff. Moreover, I found the hotel premises to be unsafe, with doors that did not close securely. The manager on duty at the time showed a complete lack of interest in addressing my issues, further indicating a disregard for customer satisfaction. This level of incompetence and disrespect is inexcusable. I urge your management team to thoroughly review and retrain your staff on hospitality standards. If you wish to maintain the reputation and security of your property, it is imperative to conduct thorough evaluations, perhaps through undercover assessments. The service I received was far below acceptable levels, especially considering the amount I paid for the booking. One staff member, by the name of Akihilbish, stood out for his particularly rude and unprofessional behavior, giving the impression that he lacked the basic understanding of his role and responsibilities within the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing on multiple levels. Upon arrival, I was charged a **City Tax of 10 AED per night**, and the room was not soundproof, making rest nearly impossible. The bathroom had no water heater, and the water would start hot but turn cold after two minutes. Additionally, the air conditioning was inefficient, adding to the discomfort. Regarding cleanliness, we had to report it repeatedly, yet upon our return, the room was still unclean, forcing us to wait outside until it was cleaned. **Moreover, the shower gel dispenser was not refilled for three days, despite me leaving the lid open as a clear sign for the staff, but there was no response. I had to follow up multiple times myself, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.** Worst of all, **I noticed a cockroach crawling out from behind the bathroom mirror**, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Additionally, the day before **check-out**, we contacted the **evening shift reception** to inquire about the cost of **late check-out** and were informed that it would be **50 AED**. However, the next day at 12 PM, we received a call regarding check-out. When I explained that we had already discussed this with the evening staff, the reception then informed me that the fee was now **100 AED**. When I questioned the change, the morning staff claimed they had checked with the evening team—something that never actually happened! The only positive aspect was the **politeness of some staff members**, but that was not enough to compensate for all these issues that made the experience extremely disappointing.

Location Is good, Shop near the hotels, Nice walkway infront of the hotel, peoples in the walkway are helpful. Other hotels near Le Paradise are looking good in views.

Strategic location. Close to Al Ringga metro station (5 minutes walk) 24-hour center of activity. Very lively and comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately we deposited via CC 120AED. And charged to credit card. Even though the hotel said it was not charged. While we have returned to our home country
